Lead Customer Experience Specialist with English (German is a plus)

We have an opportunity for a Lead Customer Experience Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Katowice, PL. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work with the client and speak fluent English, German is a plus. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Our Industrial Automation helps create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficient supply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and help meet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human and automated systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Timely gather all relevant info to accurately respond to all customer queries related to:
    product availability, stock levels, list prices where applicable (awareness of confidentiality constraints), lead times, minimum order quantity and/or value
  • Validation and order entry of customer purchase orders within defined target
  • Ensures timely resolution of all potential roadblocks preventing order processing flowing seamlessly to fulfilment (price discrepancy, credit holds, material exclusion etc)
  • Act as an active interface between customer, ISC, Logistics, Transportation, Finance and Sales to meet customer expectations, improve the end to end cycle where possible as well as maximize revenue
  • Supports all customer disputes regarding standard return transactions, defective items, damaged shipments and ensures fast resolution in collaboration with other internal departments
  • Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according to business requirements

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • +1 year of experience on the same position
  • Fluent English is a must (German is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
