You’ll create impact by

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead and participate in EHS audits and inspections
• Develop and update EHS policies, ensuring compliance and employee awareness.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs and safety inductions.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports, and monitor changes in EHS regulations.
• Promote Siemens Beyond Zero culture, lead in the implementation of Siemens DEGREE Programme, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other departments.

Your success is grounded in

• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
• Professional Membership
• Strong knowledge and background in CDM management

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Experience working within the metering industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
