Qualifications
- At least 12 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in data processing architecture/techniques
- experience applying ML/statistical techniques available in open source to solve problems in the areas of anomaly detection, event correlation, causal inference etc. is desirable.
- Experience with MLOps is desirable
- Good understanding of one or more of the Observability (Logs / Traces / Metrics) or IoT data models is a plus.
- Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
- Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels of employees, customers and management (including executives)
- “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
