We are seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer specializing in highly performant React development, accessibility, animations, and systems thinking. You will help lead the development of highly performant, scalable front-end applications and evolve our component library, design systems and animation systems to support accessible, consistent experiences across global, enterprise-scale platforms.

As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you'll leverage your deep expertise in React and enterprise JavaScript to develop scalable and performant web applications and components. You will actively contribute to the evolution of our component library, ensuring it effectively supportsinternationalization,
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accessible, performant, and scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Contribute to and enhance our enterprise-scale component library and design systems, emphasizing theming, tokenization, and reusability.
- Architect solutions with systems thinking to address challenges such as scalability, global reach,internationalization,and accessibility.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align user experiences across platforms.
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices in front-end development.
- Continuously optimize web application performance, emphasizing Core Web Vitals metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React and enterprise-scale JavaScript.
- Proven ability to manage and evolve design systems and component libraries, particularly for enterprise-scale applications including theming and tokenization.
- Strong skills in designing scalable, performant and reusable animations (Emotion JS, Framer, GSAP, Rive, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization practices.
- Experience in developing and scaling solutions for global audiences, multilingual support, and right-to-left language contexts.
- Proficiency with modern tools and frameworks, including TypeScript, Storybook, Figma, Vite, and Playwright.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing technical direction across diverse teams.
