As a Professional Services Engineer (PSE), you'll be an integral part of our delivery team, focused on the remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE platform. Your expertise and technical contributions will be crucial in ensuring successful project outcomes. From sales to services transition through project closure, you'll collaborate with the project team to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

How will you make an impact?

  • Install and integrate NICE software solutions remotely, adhering to defined methodologies, processes, system requirements, and customer-specific needs.
  • Provide technical assistance to the implementation team, addressing any technical queries from project kick-off to solution handover.
  • Ensure proper integration and implementation of all components within the technical architecture.
  • Identify and communicate design flaws encountered during solution delivery and work towards resolution.
  • Assist customers and their vendors with configuration requirements for all NICE integration points in their environment.
  • Offer technical expertise on the entire NICE product suite, implementation methodology, and related technologies.
  • Conduct systems testing to assess performance and reliability.
  • Report implementation issues and collaborate with support teams for resolution, escalating to higher tiers and management when necessary.
  • Deliver basic application overviews, technical support, and quality control throughout all project stages.
  • Manage time effectively, maintain regular communication and updates with both customers and management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility for after-hours and weekend activities as needed.
  • Document lessons learned and resolutions for the NICE Knowledge Base.
  • Liaise with R&D/product support to relay customer technical feedback on product implementation for enhancements and fixes.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with NICE NIM/Engage, NTR, RTA.
  • At least 1 years of experience in product implementation and integration.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Solutions such as Recording/Telephony Integrations, MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations, Disaster Recovery, or HA solutions.
  • Willingness to work shifts covering APAC & EMEA regions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Installation and Configuration (IIS), Microsoft Security (Active Directory, Security Policies, Hardening, Encryption), and server hardware (HP, Dell, IBM).
  • Experience with virtual servers (VMWare – ESX, VSX Clusters, VMotion) and Citrix servers.
  • Familiarity with application servers (J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Liferay, Mule) and SQL/Oracle databases.
  • Knowledge of networking principles (7 Layer OSI Model, TCP, UDP) and network devices (NICs, Switches, Routers, MPLS), as well as telephony systems (PBX, VoIP).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using network testing and analysis tools.

Preferred Certifications:

  • NICE Engage Certification.
  • CCNA and MCSE certifications.
  • AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, VMWare, and Citrix certifications are advantageous.
