This is a part-time role for a total of 19 hours weekly.
The Custodial Records Associate maintains collateral files and mortgage loan documents in support of the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking business(file requests and imaging requests)according to Agency and Private Investor requirements.Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. Responsible for researching various issues and corresponding with our Corporate Trust Clients to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with custodial agreements.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related experience
- Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20 lbs or more; standing for long periods; able to bend or squat; willingness to climb stepladders up to 10 feet high.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good understanding of general office procedures and clerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks daily
- Meet production goals including deadlines and quality control standards
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and other office equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collect and organize information
- Ability to be flexible in carrying out daily tasks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
