Your Role:

Database administration

Installation, configuration and monitoring of databases

Ensuring database availability and performance

Server administration

Administration and operation of servers (Windows, Linux)

Installation, configuration and maintenance of server applications

Monitoring server performance and availability

Maintenance of operating instructions and documentation

Recording fault reports and solutions

What you bring

• Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
• Working student/intern or professional experience in database and server administration
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following database systems: SAP HANA, MSSQL or ASE
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift system
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent English and German are mandatory

Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
