Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience
Background in sales operations, business planning, finance, strategy, analytics, and/or similar function
Experience working with large complex data sets in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Exceptional decision-making and storytelling skills to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and long-term vision
Comfort managing ambiguity and ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Experience partnering with engineering / data science teams to provide the voice of the user and help drive the roadmap of internal system and tools forward
Ability to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to create solutions and drive business growth
Passion for using data to create a vision and guide partners on a journey through fact based evidence, insights, and data management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry (e.g., products, technologies, trends, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
Experience in business operations, market and customer insights, and/or supply chain may be desirable
Effective presentation skills and experience “storytelling through data” to motivate and inspire
Outstanding communication skills with the flexibility to adapt approach to various technical and non-technical audiences
Passion and self-motivation with outstanding tenacity, sense of urgency, and follow-through
Experience in using or implementing AI/ML to drive automation
Familiarity with Gen AI paradigms such as RAG, Prompt Engineering, vector databases, agents, etc.
