Core Tasks may include:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), in analyzing, designing, and understanding system architecture, functionality and customizations required
- Assessing customer’s SAP Ariba solutions (Sourcing, SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay and SAP Business Network) and assist in system configuration
- Providing expert functional and technical support (L2 & L3) across SAP Ariba cloud
- Designing custom solutions for integrating Ariba with multiple customer’s ERP/legacy systems
- Managing technical performance expectations
- Planning and managing multiple customer projects and handling customer expectations effectively and efficiently
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Defining detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Being an advisor to customers throughout the engagement
- Leading resolution of escalations
- Supporting system optimization and performance
- Taking project manager responsibility as required across one or more customer engagements

Functional Experience
- At least 3 years professional experience.
- Experienced supporting one or more ERP systems, integrating ERP systems with SAP Ariba, and managing system configurations
- Has experience supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets
- Has experience with multiple deployments
- Plans and reviews concepts and detailed blueprints of IT projects
- Can successfully handle an escalation project
- Active Member of a cloud/technology related community
- English: Fluent
- Degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience
External:
- Acts on customer sub team lead and project manager level
- Ability to develop/expand SAP business on customer site
- Active offering of services
Internal:
- Demonstrates effective management of escalations
