Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems design and engineering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications in Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), PMP.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget.
- Knowledge of fast-track design build processes.
- Understanding of facility electrical and mechanical systems related to network infrastructure.
