Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within a specific region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships to ensure regional market penetration and growth.
  • Engage with partners to understand their business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
  • Communicate effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentations, ensuring a clear understanding of our services' benefits.
  • Engage as a pre-sales professional and structure / stitch the entire solution based on diverse set of Infra and Cloud offerings
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitive dynamics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and sales tactics.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in emerging markets and adapt strategies to respond to market shifts and new product developments.
  • Actively engage in deal pursuits, negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Liaise with the technical team to guarantee successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer strategic feedback to practice leadership regarding market intelligence, potential threats, customer feedback, and opportunities for delivering greater value.
  • Should participate in delivery of Technology Strategy & Advisory engagements as an when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 15+ years of experience in delivery of Technology Strategy & Advisory programs -
  • Hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services will be preferred
  • Prior presales solutioning and sales experience on Technology Strategy & Advisory services is preferrable
  • Demonstrated track record of sales excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience of developing, closing and delivering business opportunities for Technology Strategy & Advisory Services of medium to large scale (25 Mn $ to 50 Mn $)
  • In-depth technical knowledge and understanding on Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Digital Transformation, M&A Strategy, DevSecOps and AI Operations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive and C-level.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a history of successful contract closures.
  • Experience in creating client-focused solutions that are both differentiated and achievable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
