Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience deploying and managing cluster environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience contributing to open-source communities and managing open-source projects.
- Knowledge of the high-performance compute and Machine Learning landscape, with experience supporting top AI/ML/HPC customers.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and leading high-performing engineering teams focused on building large-scale systems and tooling.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and technologies, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
