Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage political, legislative and regulatory news and draft notes and recommendations
  • Run and manage of projects on reputation and influence
  • Design, deploy and manage advocacy projects (external stakeholder workshops, institutional roadshows, etc.)
  • Develop policy positions in collaboration with the Market Access team
  • Provide strategic thinking in accordance with the ethical framework
  • Develop associated action plans, manage and coordinate their implementation
  • Define and track specific associated budgets
  • Ensure full compliance with the rules of the HATVP
  • Support collaborative projects with patient groups
  • When relevant, represent Incyte at workshops organized by Think Tanks, Chambers of Commerce or professional federations
  • Contribute to deepening and sustaining our relations within Parliament and the Government through innovative initiatives in line with the general interest
  • Pilot targeted media plans to position Incyte as a thought leader in health and societal debates, in line with our strategy
  • Adapt/update our Group's communication messages and ensure the consistency of our external communications
  • Contribute to internal communication, business reviews, and position alignment regarding our external commitments
  • e responsible for informing and training teams on the major political issues of the health system

Requirements

  • BA/BS required. Advanced degree in health or business-related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in public affairs or similar function or agency/experience required.
  • French health management and system knowledge required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent Incyte when interacting with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships groups, professional associations, academia and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
