Working in partnership with regional recruitment leadership and regional TA2teams to address BAU Recruitment and strategic growth priorities. To jointly develop talent attraction, sourcing, brand and recruitment strategy.
Act as a point of contact and trusted advisor for regional recruitment teams for talent attraction activity delivered via the GTA team
Provide regular updates on delivery and performance metrics to the Regional Recruitment teams on your portfolio. As required, (in conjunction with the GTA Field Leader) provide same to Recruitment Leadership. Provide talent attraction reporting, analytics and insights related to achievement of portfolio, and regional hiring targets in scope for GTA.
Work with other Talent Attraction Leads to deliver a cohesive and uniform approach across the EMEIA region.
Collaborate to build marketing collateral with our Employment Branding team, implement and deliver D&I initiatives, attending industry events, building EY as an employer of choice for EMEIA
Proactively develop talent pipeline strategy and engaging with talent from all sources for current and future needs (Alumni, Referrals, past applicants and via social media channels, events etc)
Work directly on complex hard to fill, and high profile requirements for your portfolio as required, and build this capability in the delivery teams.
Drives a positive culture of learning for the center based and field team.
Encourage best practice sharing across the field team, to identify opportunities to drive process improvement, productivity and other initiatives.
Monitor KPIs to measure program and initiative effectiveness, providing meaningful feedback to the sourcing teams, using data to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
To qualify for the role you must have:
6- 8 years’ experience in a like TA role or in-house recruiting team delivering on complex, multi hire projects, covering multiple geographies – executive to experience hire.
Strong experience and knowledge of MENA Talent landscape for Big4/ professional services firm
Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences
Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships
Experience in navigating a large matrix structure with a proven ability to resolve organizational conflicts
Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led
High level of business acumen and professional gravitas
Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate
A high level of capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to allow rapport building across a range of demographics
An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities
