Johnson Electric Senior Engineer – Electrical Mechanical Analysis

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Support performing electrical and mechanical tear down analysis on automotive actuators and detect components errors. Define a test sequence to detect deficiencies related to the the product functionality.

• Provide electronic support for the Test Center and Analysis Team

• Support Engineering and Quality Teams in case of customer claims during the development phases.

• Reproduce errors reported by customers in our laboratory. Define a test sequence to find all impacted components.

• Develop a test plan to be able to find the erroneous products on the customers’ returns.

• Develop and implement test strategies for first analysis on production site.

• Collaborate with the Test Laboratories, Engineering Team and Quality Team.

• Work with the Development team to influence design and architecture for software and hardware.

• Support for Measurement System Analysis (MSA) in reliability tests. (EOL tester applications).

• Provide ESD support in house: organize training for new colleagues, execute the internal ESD audits, measures.

Our requirements:

• Engineering Degree in electronics

• 5+ years of relevant experience in analysis and measurement of electronic components

• Experience with control of small devices

• Fluency in French OR German

• Fluency in English

• Quality process knowledge

• Experience in project leadership

• Team player and facilitator spirit
