Account & Market Strategy Development
- Coordinate sales and program execution across global accounts, with a preference for life sciences sector expertise, aligning with firm-wide goals.
- Collaborate with GCSP, CoE, and global teams to develop and implement strategic account plans focused on revenue, margin, and pipeline growth, adapting to the needs of life sciences as well as other sectors.
- Engage diverse locations and service lines to ensure seamless client delivery across multiple industries.
- Mentor junior staff on sector-specific challenges while fostering a collaborative team culture and influencing senior leaders through strategic coaching.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends and pipeline data to provide actionable insights for account planning.
- Deliver timely, accurate reports that promote transparency and keep teams aligned.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Teaming
- Partner with CoE and stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and identify new opportunities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships across geographies and disciplines, fostering inclusion, accountability, and shared success.
- Encourage open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and a culture of teamwork across diverse teams.
Client Relationship & Coordination
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support business development with proposals and track strategic account progress collaboratively.
Project & Quality Management
- Manage client projects to ensure quality, timelines, and alignment with account goals.
- Promote best practices, shared responsibility, and a quality-first mindset within teams.
- Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
AI & Innovation
- Use AI tools to enhance client engagement, streamline workflows, and deliver insights.
- Foster innovation and technology adoption through team training and collaboration.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or market strategy roles, preferably within a client-facing or consultative environment.
- Fluent in German and English , with strong communication skills to engage effectively with international teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional executive communication skills , with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and client leadership across diverse sectors, including life sciences.
- Highly proactive and adaptable, demonstrating a strong track record of managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to support strategic planning and drive data-informed decision-making within multi-sector account strategies.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation capabilities, experienced in leading cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver shared outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies.
- Familiar with AI-driven tools to create summaries, suggest strategic actions, and elevate the quality of client-facing presentations.
