As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
•Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectations
•Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries
•Exhibit first-class customer service
•Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues

•Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
Knowledge in any of the technologies, TCP/IP Networking, VMWare, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS), Microsoft Server OS, SAN/NAS Solutions, Modular Server Solutions

Certifications, such as: Comptia S+, MCSE, PowerEdge Associate, Network+, CCENT, CCNA or higher, LPI-2 or RHCE, VCA, VCP–DCV, VCP-NV, or equivalent
