In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• The candidate should have at least 8-10 years of Program/ Project experience handling the full end to end life cycle of SDLC with large team size and client, specifically transformation project and not AMS.
• Experience in project related financial services like banking or insurance .
• Having SF or similar product knowledge is added advantage and not mandatory.
• The resource should have very strong Stakeholder management skills , with strong communication and presentation skills to handle C suites business teams.
• The candidate should be pro-active and should be able to handle things of there own and not depend on other to drive the project, basically they should be managing the project and not reporting the projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technical Development experience
• Demonstrated client interaction and excellent communication skills; both (written and verbal)
• Amenable to work on a client dictated schedule (Day, Mid and Night) and Location
