As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Employee Platforms, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
• Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Create and drive business process (KPIs) and reporting for technical teams
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to interpret and identify gaps and opportunities and providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
• Provide current technology industry trends in order to apply innovative solutions to evolving business needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
• Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
• Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
• Strong experience of advanced data visualization (Tableau)
• Expert technical writing skills in translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Strong experience with large and diverse data sets to generate insights to improve and deliver business objectives
• Experience using Atlassian Jira for requirements capture and technical backlog management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise with (JIRA Atlassian Confluence and Lucid Charts) for technical documentation and diagramming
• Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (Tableau and Grafana)
• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security)
• Experience working with software engineers to rapidly synthesize, distill, translate and clarify complex business process into clear written technical requirements
• Foundational awareness of cloud technologies (AWS Cloud Practitioner)
