What You’ll Do

- Develop a good understanding of the EPC Team internal structure and processes.
- Acquire a reasonable knowledge of Primavera P6 that would allow the candidate to create, track and report on low complexity schedules.
- Medium level of autonomy that would require minimal involvement from the senior planners.
- Propose improvements to the existing reporting techniques and potential automatizations.
- Working toward a BS , MS or advanced degree in Construction Engineering or related field
- Fluent English skills
- Work and collaborate confidently with all stakeholders involved in the assigned scopes. Lead the scheduling tasks for low complexity projects/scopes.
- Support the senior planners on high complexity projects.
- Add value by bringing visibility over the main risks and opportunities of the assigned scopes.
- Architecture/Design/Construction background.
- Presentation skills required in meetings and workshops.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Can work independently.
- Good interpersonal teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
