Market intelligence
- Analyze internal and external databases to monitor EY clients and detect new leads
- Bring valuable insights to the Sector and AIBD teams by doing market scans for clients and leads on news, media and across publications, while also utilizing EY’s internal resources
- Perform in-depth data analyses to create reports and dashboards using Excel or PowerBI tools to transform data into actionable insights
Business development
- Support the Sector leader in Business Development Functions, namely the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy across service lines (assurance, tax, consulting and strategy & transactions)
- Set up, prepare for, execute and document internal service line meetings for the Sector
- Together with account teams, support in setting up external client meetings and presentations
- Support Sector pursuit teams in compiling client proposals
- Help develop, drive and execute on various wider business development initiatives
- Facilitate the organization of cross-country/region meetings and events (physical and virtual)
Key account management & support
- Develop knowledge of EY Industries, Services, Accounts and BD methodologies
- Provide help in creating, updating or documenting Key Account plans, actions, current pipeline, client relationship management plans and client experience interviews
- Promote effective use of EY pipeline and contact management tools
- Together with the Key Account leaders, prepare internal accounts meetings
- Manage account data within EY internal systems in order to drive accurate performance reporting
Marketing & communication
- Assist on external communication and events by sharing our brand and promoting our expertise
- Help in promoting thought leadership and external content
- Provide ad-hoc support on events and special projects
Your profile:
- You have graduated with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields and are looking for a great opportunity to further your career
- You have two to four years’ work experience in a similar role in Luxembourg and/or have an in-depth understanding of the real estate and infrastructure fund industry
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written English – the knowledge of other languages such as Luxembourgish, French or German will be considered as a strong asset
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are a good communicator and are skilled at building strong networks with internal stakeholders who range in tenure, from job entrants to senior partners
- You have a strong interest in data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
- You display excellent accuracy and a high level of detail
- Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required
- You are curious and purpose driven
- You have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
- Time Management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end
