As a Sr. ReliabilityEngineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring thereliability and optimal performance of our products. Leading a team ofreliability engineers, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliabilityengineering strategies, plans, and processes. Collaborating withcross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issuesthroughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach.Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing product failure data,implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing tovalidate and enhance product performance. You will report directly to our Sr. Maintenance Superintendentand you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you willimpact the overall reliability and performance of our products, ensuringcustomer satisfaction and driving the success of our organization.
