Responsibilities:
• Development of IBM Fusion HCI features.
• Review the requirements to install system.
• Assist installation of IBM Fusion HCI system at customer site.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and analysis assistance for usage and configuration questions.
• Develops best practice articles and support utilities to improve support quality and productivity.
• Respond to escalated customer calls, complaints, and queries
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Relevant University degree, ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 3- 4yrs experience in Linux or UNIX Systems Administration and Network Administration.
- Professional experience with Software Support .
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- At least 3- 4yrs experience RedHat, Openshift, Kubernetes or Ansible.
- At least 2-3yrs programming skills preferably GoLang, Python, Shell scripts.
