Customer facing position responsible for winning business. You will have ownership/impact strategic deals across the Geography to ty to achieve commercial goals, quality and timeliness of objectives under Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) portfolio, including Radiology, Cardiology and Digital Pathology. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. You will have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. Primary focus is on new accounts, developing long term strategic partnerships. Engagement at all levels is expected, from C-level to head of departmental level. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required, domain expertise and strategic selling abilities.
Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Net new strategic deal origination in the referenced geography, covering the existing SEI portfolio, aiming at big strategic deals.

  • Formulates and executes strategy for the targeted opportunities, designs proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Leads customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.

  • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups, as well as new technologies such as AI, GenAI, Cloud. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory in regards of new customers and big strategic deals.

  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

  • Builds and strengthens GEHC internal relationships in the Country, representing the SEI business locally, by engaging and participating in the Region Operations Committee.

Qualifications
  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Digital Sales and Proposal.

  • Background in Healthcare Imaging.

  • Experience in multinational environment and strategic selling.

  • Understanding and knowledge of KOLs within the industry.

  • Awareness of strategies for each Trust and other customers across UK in terms of digital transformation, as well as Nationwide Strategies and Initiatives.

Desired Characteristics
  • Master´s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
