As our next, you’ll be instrumental in preparing tooling and tool rigs for production use. You’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts at low cost and on time, while contributing to continuous improvement and technical support across the division.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare tooling and tool rigs for production
  • Solve operational problems and implement process improvements
  • Provide technical support to employees and equipment
  • Communicate effectively across shifts and teams
  • Participate in training and development of new technicians
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies (IATF 16949 & ISO 14001)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ontario Trade Certificate as a Tool & Die Maker
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience with powder metal tooling (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High integrity, dependability, and results orientation
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in a climate-variable manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
