As our next, you’ll be instrumental in preparing tooling and tool rigs for production use. You’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts at low cost and on time, while contributing to continuous improvement and technical support across the division.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Prepare tooling and tool rigs for production
- Solve operational problems and implement process improvements
- Provide technical support to employees and equipment
- Communicate effectively across shifts and teams
- Participate in training and development of new technicians
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies (IATF 16949 & ISO 14001)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:- Ontario Trade Certificate as a Tool & Die Maker
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience with powder metal tooling (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High integrity, dependability, and results orientation
Bonus Points If You Have:- Experience in a climate-variable manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
