- Own and maintain a suite of guides.
- Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment and adhere to sprint milestones.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other team members.
- Produce clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation using topic-based writing principles.
- Work on several projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software development environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience preparing topic-based documentation.
- Ability to learn complex technology and tools.
- Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, including developers.
- Experience with Madcap Flare, Git
- Experience creating videos for technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an
- Experience managing documentation systems or content delivery platforms is an
- Knowledge of Information Architecture and content strategies processes to streamline documentation delivery is an
