This is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do:
- Develop & Implement Customer Advocacy Strategy: Craft a holistic customer marketing strategy with an emphasis on advocacy, expansion, and satisfaction, aligning seamlessly with Vimeo's broader goals.
- Spearhead Customer Advocacy Initiatives: Identify and empower customer advocates, creating case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content that highlight Vimeo's value.
- Drive Advocacy and Engagement Programs: Design and execute impactful campaigns across G2, Capterra, and other platforms to amplify positive customer reviews. Utilize Airtable to manage and nurture relationships with advocates.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with creative, legal, finance, sales, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer marketing initiatives.
- Execute Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate closely with customers to co-create impactful marketing content and campaigns, aligning efforts with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and PR teams.
- Measure and Optimize: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Skills or knowledge you should possess:
- Experienced Customer Marketing Leader: 8+ years of success building and managing customer advocacy programs, with expertise in G2, Capterra, and marketing automation.
- Compelling Communicator & Brand Champion: Ability to articulate a clear vision for Vimeo, inspiring both internal stakeholders and customers to embrace our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Proven ability to partner effectively with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive product launches, customer expansion, and engagement.
- Data-Driven Strategist & Tech Enthusiast: Experience using data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies, with a willingness to experiment with our existing tools like Airtable and Salesforce and explore new technologies like AI.
- Adaptable & Results-Focused: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing efforts to achieve measurable business outcomes.
