Job Responsibilities:

• Securities data verification and update
• Contact with data providers to resolve process related issues (especially vendor challenge process including reporting and escalation)
• Close cooperation with support teams and business partners (production support, development team, vendors, management)
• Creation and updating of manuals, operational procedures/agreements, process maps, capacity plans for the Team.
• Work hands on with tight deadlines
• Provide effective control function to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Raising process improvements ideas
• Understand global procedures to support other markets during off hours
• Reconcile various data quality reports daily and prepare ad-hoc reports for requestors
• Gain thorough industry knowledge quickly and effectively & interact with other operating units in order to solve issues
• Provide effective maker/checker function to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Expected to work shifts to support EMEA operations
• Understand global procedures to support other markets during off hours

Qualifications :

• English knowledge – B2
• Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail
• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good communication skills
