What you`ll do:
Summary:
- Our Customer Information Security Advisory (CISA) Team plays a crucial role in supporting our Customer Success colleagues, providing advice on security compliance related topics to close customer deals successfully. Currently, we are in the process of developing a new Financial Services Office (FSO).
- The FSO improves our regulated processes in Financial Services, identifies and assessing regulatory requirements, advises in the implementation of regulatory requirements, and supporting the successful closure of customer deals.
- As an Senior Customer Information Security Advisor / Financial Services you will not only play a central part in the establishment of the FSO, but also collaborate closely with our Customer Success, different Lines of Business and Legal departments in relation to cloud deals, not only related to the Financial Services Industry. You will act as the customer contact for discussions and negotiations pertaining to Cloud Solutions.
- You will be identifying and advising on the implementation of global Financial Services regulatory requirements. (e.g., DORA).
- Additionally, you will help the different SAP LoBs to define and implement the necessary End-to-End process for financial services requirements to be compliant to global regulations.
- You will also develop and maintain a solid knowledge base in security and compliance topics, including data protection and industry-specific compliance obligations, to support customer queries and contract negotiations.
- You will also the support the security and compliance governance efforts, including reporting on customer commitments made, on status of identified KPIs; and (where appropriate) highlighting risks to management.
- In this role it’s crucial to interact with many internal departments as a liaison related Security compliance topics with departments like SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance (SGSC), Customer Success, different Lines of Business (LoBs), Customer Audit Team, or Legal.
What you bring:
- Degree in e.g., Business Economics, Business Informatics, Law, Business Law, Computer Science, Information Security, or Cyber Security. Additional industry certifications, including CISA, CISM, or CSSP, are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in security compliance, customer success, or legal roles, ideally situated within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in global security compliance and/or financial services regulatory requirements such as DORA, EBA Guideline or similar.
- Experience in supporting and advising on the implementation of security compliance measures and requirements.
- Experience to work collaboratively with various internal departments in managing security compliance issues.
- Motivated and flexible to learn new topics every day.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to be a customer point of contact and as an internal liaison for various departments.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for the role
