Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience using Power BI and other Microsoft data products to achieve business goals.
  • 3+ years of professional program management experience

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience working independently to achieve strategic goals​.
  • Experience working collaboratively to define and communicate strategic goals.
  • Experience using customer development processes and tools to inform software product and feature development​​
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of senior business and technical decision makers and their requirements for modern data solutions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data products and services​.

  • Engage with enterprise customer organizations to deeply understand their scenarios, priorities, and challenges.
  • Work closely with Microsoft product teams to influence product direction and strategy.
  • Apply customer development and product development best practices assist product teams apply customer input at all stages in the product lifecycle.
