Sr HRAdmin
You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Romania location.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding administration, including contracts and stakeholder communication all employees
- Collaborate with payroll teams by providing timely and accurate data for monthly closing and other payroll-related processes
- Oversee HR documentation, manage employee benefits including leaves, insurance, and transport allowances, and ensure compliance with policies
- Administration of local T&A tools, review, and update of clock-in/clock-out; prepare reports, manage leaves (medical, holidays, vacation)
Key skills and qualifications:
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience (HR field experience is advantage especially in a Multinational company)
- Minimum University degree, additional education is a plus
- Fluent in English and the required local language
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
