The Investment Banking Senior Analyst is for the origination and execution of syndicated loan & acquisition financing transactions for corporates, financial institutions, and GREs across the UK, Europe and CEEMEA.
The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic financing advisor to our clients by formulating loan financing solutions and raising capital for clients.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the origination, structuring and syndication of loan and acquisition financing solutions for corporate, financial institution and GRE clients in UK, Europe and CEEMEA
Driving the preparation of presentation materials, customized term sheets, capital markets and credit approval packages and marketing materials
Participating in structuring, negotiating, and documenting loan transactions
Qualifications:
Two years of relevant full-time investment banking experience required (ideally debt capital markets, leveraged finance, investment banking, corporate banking, or risk management)
Fluent English - additional language skills are desirable
Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable
Extensive credit and corporate finance analytical skills
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions
Good judgement, maturity and poise to enable interaction at all levels
Financial modelling skills preferred
Excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree / University degree, equivalent experience or higher
