To lead on the delivery of all Microsoft related work that over M365 platform: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive and Power Platform
Ensuring that the service is monitored, maintained and all new developments are brought to light and offered up to senior management for review and delivery. Keeping up to date with new and emerging changes will be paramount.
Expected to proactively identify opportunities for business areas to benefit from the use of new Microsoft technology, to assist in the development of use and business cases.
Manage and provide support to the platform – supervise & contribute to support, enhancement and administration queries.
Leads on the configuration of the M365 suite and advises on best practices.
Work with the wider Team to
Assess and champion the use of Microsoft’s entire platform, e.g., Power platform, Data and API
Ensure consistency in approach to support M365 environments.
Ensure essential security standards and best practice for data protection are in place, in particular focusing on the key requirements from the Public Services Network
Ensure all relevant software documentation is kept up to data and reflects current and future requirements for the organization.
Demonstrate available capabilities and solutions to business areas.
Demonstrate reports, dashboards, and analytic services.
Reporting and alerting used for troubleshooting, audit and problem resolution.

10+ years’ experience of working with enterprise class collaboration platforms
Experience and knowledge with managing MS Teams, One Drive, SP Online
A thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.
Experience and knowledge around Audio/Video and conferencing services
Experience and knowledge in Voice services including MS teams Enterprise voice
Experience in voice/video and AV technologies, which can be a combination of experience in the Microsoft Skype, Microsoft Teams, telecommunications, network engineering.
Experience in deploying and operating Microsoft Teams services, cloud connectivity and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture.
Experience and knowledge with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups
Exposure to O365 Guest Access and Third-party product integration
Working networking knowledge, DHCP, TCP/IP, WINS, subnetting, firewalls
Ability to create detailed architectural designs and author documents and test plans
Self-starter, critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular requirements yet see things holistically and strategically
