- Experience with retail sales environments in the retail or carrier fields.
- Ability to assess and analyze market and competitive information to produce comprehensive industry analysis and provide guidance on where markets are headed.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level, and launching programs successfully in the marketplace.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with influence across stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
