- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience writing software in Python, Scala, R, or similar.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience in solution engineering and in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience building Machine Learning or Data Science solutions.
- Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, including virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
