The Role:

You will operate, design, and develop systems, applications, products, services, and data to optimize and automate SAP’s business processes to improve work efficiency. You will engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant, and high available operations. You will engage with the business in an agile way. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of work experience with SAP & ServiceNow
• Experience in SAP Technology (ABAP, SCC, BTP) and Strategy
• Experience in ServiceNow Technology and Strategy
• Experience in E2E Support Processes (Ticketing, ITdirect, customer oriented, incident management, problem management, escalations)
• DevOps or Software Development experience
