Job Description

Key Responsibility Area:

• Contribute to and review program vision, roadmap and content presentations
• Prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog. Draft the team’s specific objectives for the program increment
• Define features and requirements. Build, edit, review and reprioritize the backlog coordinating dependencies with multiple businesses.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements as well as the user interface. Identifies gaps between current system and client/market needs
• Coordinate with other product owners on content dependencies
• Manage content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers
• Facilitate inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints
• Participate in team demo and retrospectives. Work with other product owners to produce the system demo, deliver system demo for his scope to the business owner and product management team
• Ensure validation of the system with the client

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• (Bachelors/Masters) in one of Bio-Medical Engineering and/or Medical Imaging Technology.;
• 10+ years of experience in the Medical Imaging domain, specifically MRI is preferred,2+ years of experience of having played role of Product Owner is mandatory.
• The candidate should have extensive experience of eliciting requirements from customer interactions and translating them to engineering/software requirements
• Demonstrated leadership in product development (taking products from conception to release), product management, project management, and stakeholder management required.
• Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and data-driven mindset.
• The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience of MRI systems/software and related applications
• Experience with product management in agile software development teams is a plus
• Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech, Healthcare IT solutions businesses is a plus.
