Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
6 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-suite executives, ideally within the retail industry.
Experience in people management with the ability to lead large and executive teams, including performance management and to manage change effectively within organizations.
Experience in target-driven sales with the ability to succeed in a dynamic, target-oriented sales environment.
Understanding of changing consumer behaviors and their impact on the broader media ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
