Stay current with the latest developments in Immigration and Labour, ensuring timely updates are incorporated into the newsletter and communicated to management and relevant teams.
Remain aware of changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide appropriate guidance to stakeholders.Oversee the immigration processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions of applications and documentation.
Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities [where required].
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and business leaders, to align immigration strategies with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on immigration-related matters.
Where required communicate effectively with clients and external partners to address their immigration needs.
Manage the successful delivery of immigration projects in your Cluster and in some instances the MENA region.
Adherence to Quality and Risk Management processes.
Conduct regular risk assessments for new projects and highlight any risks to the management prior to deployment.
Manage and support any queries received from senior management, employees and guide them in accordance with the best practices.

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
6 - 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the local Labour and Immigration requirements.
Arabic speaker
Fluency in written and spoken English,
Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
