Partner Program Management: Manage the CATALYST Channel Partner Program by periodic analysis of partner performance across multiple tiers, features and benefits review and updates, to drive channel partner engagement and loyalty with Honeywell.
Partner Enablement: Continuously assess the channel partner’s needs and deliver differentiated channel enablement tools like learning programs, digital co-marketing, specification tools, demand generation activities etc. Leverage the tiered features and benefits drive continuous and differentiated partner enablement.
Communications Planning: Develop an annual communication calendar for our channel partners including periodic tiering communication, program upgrades, new product announcements. Deliver continuous channel information and education via virtual (webinars) and in-person (conferences, quarterly business reviews, etc.) events
Demand Generation: Support the development of marketing campaigns to generate sales leads. Support key product launches ensuring our customers are prepared for new technologies and new business models. Support customer event planning and execution. Promotional activity including support of creative development, deployment through the sales organization, and measurement of the results.
Digital Transformation: Champion customer use of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal, Honeywell digital content, case studies, testimonials. Transition partners from discretionary to programmatic digital spend to activate key NPI's and achieve growth. Continuously monitor KPIs to assess performance and engage Sales and Marketing leadership to drive corrective actions
MDF/Budget Management: Plan and administer MDF and budget for channel partners. Partner with other marketing team members to take critical decisions to ensure MDF drives demand generation and growth for the business.
Continuous Improvement: Gather VOC and conduct satisfaction surveys on marketing programs and activities. Measure results of partner activities and adjust as necessary.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 6 years in channel marketing or related roles
Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies
Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamic
Expertin PowerPoint and Excel
