Driving SAP Finance deployment globally at Honeywell among different Strategic Business Groups. Setting up FICO configuration under the global model and delivering the system on time.

Driving FICO system enhancement via rapid delivery process and taking immediate action to support the business in case of urgency, i.e. month-end closure, critical financial period.

Working with Partners, IT BP /Business directly, as SAP Center of Excellence focal, to implement the approved SAP finance processes. Executing Project Build by involving Multi Vendors, such as Banks, stakeholders from different party. Defining project requirements and identifying appropriate technology for Finance Business during the Idea phase.

Developing functional specification in SAP Finance in order to enhance the existing solutions. By working with SAP Run team or Contractors to build new process, Reports, Automation or other activities wherever required to meet business needs. Developing test plans / test scripts and performing unit and Integration testing during project implementation.

Identifying and managing Risks proactively. Taking action on potential risks/issues and provide proposals to senior management if escalation is required.

Applying your knowledge and experience in S4 HANA Finance implementation

Educational Background and Certifications: Higher education in a relevant field, with PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methods.

SAP Finance Expertise: Extensive experience in supporting SAP Finance modules, including SAP New GL, Assets Management, FSCM, and Bank Management, with integration expertise.

Finance Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of finance processes in SAP, such as Automatic Bank Payment, Payment process, and Month-end closure.

IT Partnering and Requirement Gathering: Strong IT partnering skills with business or peers during deployment, and excellent ability in business requirement gathering and translation.

Project Management and Mentorship: Ability to mentor peers on project management standards and Finance GDM, with deep experience in data migration for new implementations.

Program Management and Communication: Deep understanding of key program management practices, strong finance business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in deploying ECC & S4 HANA systems for Finance.
