Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or relatedexperience
    • ORequivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or a related field within the tech industry or related experience.

  • 3+ years experience analyzing complex data sets to drive actionable insights.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience ANDBachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field
    • OR3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience ANDMaster's Degree in Business Administration(MBA), or related field
    • ORequivalent experience
  • Solid writing skills, with a particular focus of strategic options analysis and recommendation justification for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly/weekly operational planning and business reviews, providing insights and strategic direction.
  • Point person for monetization telemetry and reporting within Marketing. Working with analytics vendor to create and curate regular recurring reports and ad-hoc data asks. Work with finance to marry telemetry and financial reporting to facilitate analysis.
  • Drive industry insights on business models, free vs paid features, free usage limits, etc.
  • Manage Executive communications updates process coordinating across all consumer lines of business
  • Drive end-to-end analysis of Copilot subscriber behavior, identifying trends, friction points, and opportunities for monetization.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Define and track key success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional partners.
  • Support senior business planners and partner with marketing, product, and data teams to prioritize and execute high-impact monetization initiatives.
  • Influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations that drive business impact.
