Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with data analytics and data management, extracting insights from data and communicating these across teams, including creating data visualizations and charts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building and executing strategies for sustainability or environmental programs, with a focus on carbon reduction.
- Experience in sustainability, climate science, carbon reduction efforts, and GHG standards and accounting, with deep focus in Scope 3 supplier emissions.
- Experience with data collection, data management, and data-driven communication.
- Familiarity with the carbon accounting frameworks (e.g., Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Scope 2 and Scope 3 Guidance) and the Net Zero frameworks (e.g., SBTi, ERI, IPCC).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
