- Technical degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in software, systems, or data design
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- Genuine enthusiasm for technological innovation and continuous learning

- Experience designing large-scale IT projects in cloud or on-premises environments
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures
- Deep knowledge in specialized technology domains such as: Distributed web/mobile applications, DevOps, Serverless computing, Big Data and analytics or Machine Learning
- Understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems
- AWS certification is a plus
- Advanced degree or continued professional education
