As an EMEA Global Financial Crimes Compliance Risk Assessment and Reporting Lead – Vice President within the EMEA GFCC Program team, you will lead in the execution of key program. In execution of these deliverables, you will provide leadership and guidance to two members of the program team and engage with the following parties: EMEA GFCC partners, including EMEA Money Laundering Reporting Officers, Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, global/regional Compliance teams, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and other Control functions. This position requires knowledge of, and experience with, financial crime regulatory requirements, the firm’s risk management framework and the CORE platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead member of the program team in the execution of key program deliverables of the GFCC program including risk assessments, risk appetite assessments, regulatory reporting, training planning and monitoring and testing planning
  • Lead members of the program team to execute any additional new responsibilities and action ad hoc requests related to the GFCC program as they arise
  • Ensure meaningful management information is developed by the team to keep stakeholders apprised of the status of key deliverables and items of escalation
  • Analyse the program team's processes seeking efficiencies where possible, including by employing technology tools
  • Guide the team in providing information with respect to regulatory exams, internal audits and control evaluations
  • Provide back up to the EMEA Head of GFCC Program Management as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience managing or leading teams
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders on regulatory deliverables
  • Experience with, and aptitude for, engaging with senior management
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, financial crime regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, the firm's risk management framework and CORE platform
  • Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
  • High-level of attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience using the MS Suite of products
