Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze complex data sets, translating them into actionable insights. Prepare clear, insightful, and visually compelling reports for management.

  • Partner with the sales team to own the analysis for PC business, provide detailed and timely analysis to help identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks

  • Assist in the management of PC business projects and sales pipelines. Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of both domestic and international markets. Provide regular updates to the sales team on market trends, competitive landscape.

  • Play an integral part in the sales forecast planning process, contributing to annual budget setting and operational reviews.

  • Work together with the Sales, Customer Service, and Business Unit teams to monitor sales forecasts, order fulfillment, and report risks if any.

  • Oversee the implementation of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), communicate SIP policies and guidelines to the sales team.

  • Regularly track and report on the sales team’s performance against targets, providing updates on achievement status.

  • Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Data Analytics, Finance , Sales & Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role within the high-tech or semiconductor industry. PC/telecom/semiconductor/accounting experience is preferred.

  • Proven expertise in analyzing large and complex data sets using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, from data analysis to reporting. Ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across departments. Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
