  • Qualifications:bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information System, or Computer Science from a reputable institution

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the IT Audit function on all our financial audit engagements. In addition, you will be involved on a number of business consulting projects as an IT Audit professional. As a member of the FAIT team, you will participate in performing procedures focusing on complex and specialized issues. You will work with the team that creates plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Experience requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in IT and / or information security

Your people responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staffing, motivating and team management.

Technical skills requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/ Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Good technical knowledge of operating systems, databases, application servers and network devices
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations/ client business.
  • Knowledge of IT standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and others)
  • Ideally possesses one or more recognized IT certifications such as (CISA. CISM, CRISC, CISSP)

Soft skills requirements:

  • Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn;
  • Excellent, proven communication skills both oral and in writing, in English
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members;
  • Creative thinking, problem solving orientation;
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy;

To qualify for this role, you should have significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas:

  • IT general controls review
  • Application controls review
  • Cybersecurity review
  • Infrastructure review
  • Business continuity review
  • IT governance review
  • IT risk assessment and IT audit planning
