Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
  • Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
  • Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
  • Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem solving and decision-making skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Ser líder de un equipo de alto desempeño, cuyo principal objetivo es que su equipo genere experiencias extraordinarias positivas, a través de la colocación de productos y servicios, en apegado a políticas y procesos, tanto de la institución como del socio comercial a fin de lograr los objetivos diarios.

Principales tareas:

  • Responsable de reclutar el perfil para los puntos de venta asignados.
  • Capacitar al equipo en cuanto a productos, plataformas, control, políticas y prevención.
  • Seguimiento a indicadores.
  • Relacion con los socios comerciales.
  • Visita a los puntos de venta.
  • Coordinar apertura y cierre de puntos de ventas.
  • Manejar un equipo de entre 12 y 16 ejecutivos aproximadamente.
  • Manejar 6 a 7 puntos de venta aproximadamente.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida.
  • 2 o mas años de experiencia en ventas, atención y servicio a clientes.
  • Disponibilidad para moverse a los diferentes puntos de venta 80% del tiempo.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar fines de semana y descansar entre semana.
