Lead IC team leaders to execute inventory handling, basic data collection, root cause analysis etc. Ensure the delivery performance target be achieved.
Supervise the daily inventory cycle count for both reserve, active and unit sorter to ensure daily business goals are completed in accurate and timely manner.
According to root cause analysis to provide recommendation to IC Manager for creating more workable and practical team KPI target and lead the team to reach the target.
Lead IC team to execute improvement action to improve inventory accuracy performance continually;
Resolve customer claims, communicate with both OBF and DC OB team, and offer timely feedback. Further, perform analysis and summarize for identifying root causes in better understanding and solving claims;
Optimize ‘D’ grade products write off;
Maintain inventory balance between distribution center and SAP inventory through routine monitoring, communications and procedural awareness.
Supervise the collection, reporting and feedback regarding inventory transactions using SAP, excel, queries and WMS reporting.
System and Processes
Having working knowledge for WMS system. Well understand the logic of WMS MA, which support daily operation. Know well distribution center process, always struggle for continuous improvement team operation efficiency and saving cost.
Work with IC Manager together to define problem and analyze root cause, work out corrective and preventive action and optimize SOP continually.
People Management
Well management IC team, good communication with internal and external team.
Develop people, build an efficiency and high quality and cost saving team.
Lead and manage team staff to learn and execute company policy special the EHS policy to build up a safety environment for every employee.
