• The Sr. Global Fee Billing Analyst is an intermediate supervisory level position responsible for providing key management reporting metrics and reports. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the issuance of client invoices and collecting payments, while interpreting data, preparing reports, and minimizing risk through ensuring adherence to control policies.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Assume key responsibility for managing the disbursements and payables process
• Assist with updating the Company's policies and procedures, and ensure an appropriate structure is followed to ensure the teams' adherence to the same.
• Provide analytical support to the Fiduciary Services team with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing processes
• Contribute to technology enhancement projects and offer advanced solutions
• Escalate control gaps and issues to leadership and implement procedures and solutions to mitigate risk
• Review/Preparation/Distribution of periodic reports of invoicing and billing metrics for Senior Management
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate conference calls/communication with fiduciary services, operations & technology partners and banking teams across multiple time zones
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Banking/ Finance related supervisory role
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills

Education:

• Minimum, Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting/Finance related role
